Decadial Support
How can we help?
Find quick answers below. If something is not working as expected, send the support team your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

How do I use the rotary dial?
Place your finger in a number hole, rotate clockwise until it reaches the finger stop, then release. Decadial adds that digit when the dial returns. The in-app tutorial can be reopened from Dial Settings → How to dial.
Why does Decadial ask for Contacts access?
Contacts access is optional. If you allow it, Decadial can show approved contacts, find names and numbers with T9 search, complete a partially entered number, and keep local favorites. You can still dial numbers manually without sharing contacts.
How do I change limited Contacts access?
Open the Contacts screen in Decadial and tap Allow, or go to iPhone Settings → Apps → Decadial → Contacts. You control whether Decadial sees selected contacts, all contacts, or none.
Does Decadial replace the iPhone Phone app?
No. Decadial prepares the number and hands the call to iOS. Apple’s Phone experience and your carrier complete the call.
Where are recent numbers and favorites stored?
They are stored locally on your iPhone. Decadial keeps up to 80 numbers initiated from the app. You can clear the list from the Recent Calls screen; deleting the app also removes its locally stored data.
Can I turn off sound or haptics?
Yes. Open Dial Settings and switch Mechanical sound or Haptic pulses off independently. You can also choose Authentic or Quick dial return speed.
Why can’t I place a call in the iOS Simulator?
Cellular calls require a physical iPhone. The Simulator can demonstrate the dial but cannot start a phone call.
Response and safety notes
Support is provided in English and Turkish. Decadial is not an emergency-calling service. For emergencies, use the iPhone Phone app and the appropriate local emergency number.
